From 1 January, the new VAT rate of 22% will apply

Estonia will apply a new VAT rate of 22% instead of 20% from 1 January 2024.

This is a tax change imposed by the state and mandatory for all companies operating in Estonia. More information on the VAT rate change can be found on the website of the Estonian Tax and Customs Board.

Consequently, from 1 January 2024, the prices of services and goods subject to VAT in the Telia price list will change by the increase in the VAT rate.

The change concerns Telia’s monthly fee services, per-minute and per-volume services, one-off charges, prices for goods and devices, promotional and discount offers, and calling card services.

We also advise customers to review their bank standing orders for e-invoices in order to increase the payment limit for different payments, if necessary.
